Becoming a member of the Irish Grassland Association

irish_grassland_association.jpg

For over 60 years, the IGA has been dedicated to advancing the spread of knowledge of grassland and animal production methods. The association draws its members from farmers, researchers, advisers, consultants and the business world to discuss topical developments and the economics of best practice dairy, beef and sheep farming.

Members of this prestigious and non-political forum benefit from access to the latest agri-business research, and receive the Associations original published articles on topics related to the advancement of the agricultural community.

The IGA is a member of the European Grassland Federation, and maintains close ties with the British Grassland Society, the Ulster Grassland Society and the World Grassland Congress.

If you are a progressive and commercially minded farmer who appreciates the critical contribution that grass production can play in your farm’s business, you should join IGA.
