Eddie O'Donnell

Eddie is a dairy farmer, farming in partnership with his parents, milking 140 spring calving cows on a grass based system. They have replaced their calf to beef system by increasing their dairy enterprise. He envisages a long term future in large scale commercial dairy farming and their focus is on producing good quality milk and plenty of it as cheaply as possible from grass.
